Kevin Gunn, @MinnesotaKevin, has had a successful 15 years within human resources distinguished by his leadership role within the medical device industry. Kevin is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development at ev3 where he partners with key personnel to develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives. Kevin’s key strength is the ability to analyze, develop and implement processes and programs that attract and retain superior talent and lead to corporate success.
Ryan Stene,@MNOnlineguy, has been working with all levels of HR and Talent Acquisition/Management for over 7 years forming strategic partnerships with Fortune 100, 500 and 1000 companies resulting in improved recruiter productivity and exceeding metric forecasts. His passion is researching and implementing processes to improve candidate experience in branding, interactive media, and other "cutting edge" solutions to recruit using online resources. Ryan is currently a Major Account Manager for Monster Worldwide where he partners with Minnesota companies in developing integrated Recruitment Strategies.
